( it probably started around 4am )
From the wee hour of the morning
right through the following morning.
Yeap! For more than 24 hours!
And the sky today is still gloomy all day long!
It continues on and on and at times it was heavy,
sometimes showering and other times drizzling.
The sky was in darkness and there's not a bit of sun!
And I thought of the RAIN.
Oh how mystifying it is and quite pitiful
as it cannot tell you it's duties.
Some will cry foul over it,
Some will thankfully appreciate it!
So, there goes my cherish for the pouring RAIN.
Listen to the pouring RAIN listen to it fall!
Today, it has been,
24 hours of raining,
You don't have to do anything,
Put on your cap and atart thinking,
From dawn till morning,
Your sleep goes on without a blink,
It brings you wonderful dreams,
The day looks like evening,
All wet and soaking,
Yet you could still sing!
Moments of joy to you it brings,
The sky don't mean to be mean,
Just letting you know it's not hiding,
It started blowing wind,
We know there's no joking,
When along came bolts of lightning,
Following trails of storming,
It only hope to stop the cracking,
It's the impact of heating,
That's been killing,
The lands are drying,
The earth is almost dying,
You may blame the pouring,
When it swept with floodings,
With the rain's arriving,
There are tears from crying,
But not without laughters and smiling,
It may be your prayings,
It has no reasonings,
Not a chance of explaining,
Even if it means your well being,
Yet, there's no denying,
The rain, oftenly is a blessing.
24 hours of raining,
